• When will my order ship?

We will try our best to get your order shipped within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you by email and provide you with an update.

• Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

Refund policy: For safety concerns, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email. 

• Will my soap look exactly like the picture?

We do our best to duplicate what our soaps look like in the photographs. Due to our products being handmade, you can expect slight variations.

• Will my goat milk soap bar expire?

No, our soap bars do not expire. Since it can't be spoiled once hardened. However our soaps are natural and free of preservatives. 

• ​What are the soap bar ingredients?

Farm Fresh Goats Milk, Sodium Hydroxide ( None left in final product), Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Lard, Scent ( Unless the bar is scent free), Pigment (Mica or Titanium Dioxide), Kaolin Clay
